We have different menus for all different kinds of diets, you can download our brochure for more details. They will be eating at fundacoa INATEL in costa da caparica.
We recommend taking the food menu, on the other hand you can bring you own lunch where they will be eating at the same place as all the other kids.
The morning snack is included, it consists of various choice of fruits. We recommend bringing an afternoon snack for energy. Water is provided throughout the day.
To swim is a important thing but it will not be a problem because our surf instructors will try their best to help if they dont feel comfortable.
Bare in mind that your kids will always be in a safe environment, with the water level reaching, maximum, the waist.
They only need to bring a beach towel, sunscreen, trainers for the outdoor activities, water bottle , lunch and an afternoon snack.
Our instructor and supervising team all have a first aid course and the beach chosen for lessons has no current and no other surfers thus being as safe as possible.
We have a maximum of 5 students per instructor to keep the teaching quality to a maximum.
Yes, we try our best to separate levels into two different groups.
The lesson can be taught in both Portuguese and English.
All the surf equipment such as board and wetsuit are provide from our surf school.
Transportation is taken care by a certified transport company who specialises in transport for Children.
