How big can the group be?
From 8 people up to large teams. Tell us your headcount and we build the trip around it, from a small leadership offsite to a full department away week.
What if some of the team have never surfed, or don't want to?
That is the norm and it works for everyone. Beginners learn by level with a maximum of 5 per instructor, and non surfers can join the activities, the coworking space or just relax by the beach.
Can the team still work during the week?
Yes. We have coworking space with wifi, so the team can surf in the morning and still hold meetings or focused work in the afternoon.
Can you invoice the company, with VAT?
Yes. We issue a single invoice and receipt for the whole group, with VAT, so you have one clean document instead of chasing individual bookings.
What is included, and how do we book?
Accommodation, breakfasts and dinners, group surf lessons with all equipment, a welcome event and the weekly activities. Start with a quote, we build a tailored itinerary, a deposit secures the booking and the balance is due before arrival.
Which destination is best for a company trip?
Portugal for easy access and budget, minutes from Lisbon. Morocco for guaranteed sun and world class waves two hours from Europe. Sri Lanka for a bucket list reward trip. We advise based on your budget, dates and team size.
Can you run team building sessions, not just surf?
Yes. On top of the surf we can add facilitated team building sessions and workshops, plus adventure activities that change per destination, from a Lisbon city tour to Paradise Valley in Morocco or a safari in Sri Lanka.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, especially for larger teams and summer dates. Send us your rough dates and group size and we check availability and hold your spots.
Can you cater for dietary needs and different diets?
es. Meals are family style with vegetarian and vegan options, and we handle allergies and other requirements when you share them before arrival.
Do you handle transfers and all the logistics?
Yes. Airport transfers, activity transport, accommodation, meals and the full programme are organised by one team, so the organiser can enjoy the trip too.
