Gota Dagua has been created by travelers and for travelers alike. Here at Gota Dagua we have the honor of welcoming teamers from all over the world each year to help us with the day to day running of our surf houses and surf school. They play a vital role in helping our staff to provide the best experience possible for all our guests.

The teamer program is for 4 weeks. You will be working 6 days a week and 5h per day. Depending on your position, working hours could be in the morning, day, or evening. In exchange, we offer accommodation, food, and free use of the surf equipment. You will also be able to join surf lessons should there be available space.
Being part of our team means you will also be part of the week. Our aim is for the guests and staff to form one group. Our staff should enjoy the week as much as the guests and represent Gota Dagua throughout the stay.
