Garázi Sánchez is a Spanish surfer from the Basque Country. SShe has a strong background in high-performance surfing, combined with years of travelling and surfing across different European and international surf destinations. Her work combines surfing with content creation focused on ocean lifestyle and surf culture.
She is known for documenting surf trips, daily sessions, and life around the ocean, with an emphasis on simplicity and consistency in the water rather than competition.
Durante the week, you’ll be based in Costa da Caparica, just south of Lisbon, a relaxed coastal area known for its long beaches, consistent surf, and easygoing surf lifestyle.
Days are built around surf sessions at nearby beach breaks depending on conditions, with time in between to relax at the camp, share meals, and enjoy the social atmosphere. You’ll also have time to explore the coastline and experience the area beyond the water, with Lisbon just a short drive away.
Our surf house in Portugal, located in Costa da Caparica, just a few minutes from São joão beach and only a short walk from the ocean, is designed to combine comfort, functionality, and authentic local charm.

This is a co-hosted surf week with Garázi Sánchez and Gota Dagua Surf Camp. The week is built around daily surf sessions, guided surf coaching, yoga, and shared activities, with time also dedicated to exploring the coastline and spending a day in Lisbon.
The experience is structured but relaxed, combining surf progression with time in and out of the water, group moments, and a simple coastal lifestyle. It’s an opportunity to spend a week in the ocean and on land with Garázi Sánchez, sharing surf, learning, and daily life in one of Portugal’s most consistent surf regions

At the same time, it’s also about the group as a whole, meeting like-minded people, building connections, and creating new friendships in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
This is a group experience open to all surf levels, from complete beginners to more experienced surfers. Sessions are adapted to the conditions and the group, ensuring everyone can progress, feel comfortable in the water, and enjoy the experience at their own pace.
