At Gota Dagua Surfcamps, we believe surfing is more than just a sport, it is a way of life. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for people from all over the world through surf, community, and adventure.
Our surf camp operates weekly, starting Saturdays in order to create an organised group experience. In addition, a weekly based structure allows to plan a tailored week based around surfing to ensure maximum quality. With a full week of surfing, guests are not only able to learn how to surf but also to progress their skills. Outside surfing we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests to meet new people and make lifelong friendships.
About the role!
We’re looking for an energetic and people-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead our operations in Costa da Caparica. You’ll be the heart in leading the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, making sure every guest feels at home and leaves with memories that last a lifetime. This includes and is not limited to organisation and supervision of daily activities, staff training and management, and daily operational tasks.

We are looking for dedicated Manager for the whole season. It is a big job, but if you are the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.
Are you ready to swap the studio walls for ocean breezes? We are searching for a vibrant Social Yogi to become the heartbeat of camp life. This is not just about teaching poses, it is about creating an environment where guests feel energized, connected, and completely at home.
As our resident yogi, you will balance professional instruction with authentic social connection. You will be the person guiding a sunrise flow in the morning as well help our guest stretch the surf pain away. You will also be sharing stories with guests over dinner and make sure their body is loose enough to dance the nights away. It is a big stretch, but if you are the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.

We are looking for dynamic, flexible and social people who love surf, community and transmitting positive vibes.
Teamers are at the centre of the gota dagua experience, spreading good vibes and creating a family energy for our guests. You will make sure that guests feel included, looked after and part of the gota dagua family. Your days will be filled with sharing good memories and big smiles from sharing great food, surf, sunsets and spontaneous adventures with guests. You will also be an important part in keeping camp life running smoothly with hands-on attitude, helping with cleaning camp areas, organisation and weekly tasks. It is a big role, but if you are the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.
